Spring is my favourite time of year. I love replacing the want to hybernate with an unexplained happiness and joyful anticipation of something exciting about to happen. Noticing the buds open, the flowers bloom and the birds returning seems to give me an overwhealming feeling of inspiration and positivity.
This beautiful poem by Marilyn Lott captures this feeling in a very elegant way:
