Once we have received your payment, we will get to work handmaking your order. Please allow between 8-10 weeks for delivery.

To guarantee safe delivery, all our UK orders are sent by Signed Delivery by either Royal Mail or My Hermes.

A signature will be required so please ensure there is someone available to receive your goods, otherwise a calling card will be left and it will be your responsibility to collect from the local depot.​

Postage and packing costs for deliveries are added to each order at a cost of £X.XX​

Returns
We hope you love your order as much as we do, but if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please notify us in writing within 28 days of delivery.

We regret that we are unable to provide a refund, only an exchange for returned items will be offered unless the item is faulty.
If your item is faulty we would be happy to offer you an exchange/refund. We must be notified before any faulty returns are made and photos and a description of the fault will need to be emailed to sales@charltonisland.com
We will send you the return address via email and then you must return the goods in their original packaging within 28 days.

Please ensure your returned items are returned in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging. We recommend you return items via 'PARCELFORCE' to ensure safe delivery.

We cannot accept responsibility for any goods that are lost in transit. Please retain the tracking number in case there is problem in transit.
